How It Works

Welcome to our consignment process at Style Reissue! Follow these simple steps to sell your pre-loved items with us:

 

1. Get an Online Quote

Fill out our online quote form to get an estimated quote. Submit photos of your pre-loved items, and we'll email you back with a quote.

2. Book an Appointment

If you prefer an in-person consignment, you can book an appointment by clicking the link to find a time. Submitting the online quote form is still encouraged to save you time.

3. Post Appointment

Within 36 hours after your items have been selected, you will receive an email with our Take-in List, including a brief description, consignment retail price, and estimated net payout (subject to change due to sales promotions). You have 48 hours to respond if you would like to negotiate the prices.

4. Book a Drop-Off Time and Consignment Contract

After finalizing the quote, book a drop-off time with us during Consignment Days (Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday). You can also print and fill out the Consignment Contract in advance to expedite the process.

Additional Important Details

Consignment Rate

  • We offer 50% net of the final selling price for designer and contemporary brands' clothing, shoes, and accessories.
  • We offer a special rate of 60-80% for desirable current on-trend pieces, including handbags with original packaging and receipts.

Consignment Terms

  • Your items will be kept for 90 days.
  • Cancellation Clause: If the contract is terminated before 90 days, there is a $75 cancellation fee to be paid to "SR Stylereissue LTD" to cover the cost of processing items.
  • It is your responsibility to track your sales by contacting us at consign@stylereissue.com.

How You Get Paid

  • Payouts are available upon request via e-transfer or by cheque. Payment requests are processed on the 1st of each month.

  • We can also hold this amount for you as store credit for future purchases.

Authenticity Disclaimer

We are committed to offering genuine designer products. We use third-party authentication to ensure the authenticity of the items. The authentication process takes 3-5 business days. If the results indicate the item is inauthentic, there will be a $75 fee charged to cover our costs. If required, we will contact you for additional authentication documents.
