Alterations

Make your pre-loved finds look like they were made for you from the beginning!

Sometimes you might see something that you love the design of, but just can't imagine it working for yourself. You might have even bought it hoping it'll work one day, and... we know how it goes. Sometimes all you need is a little adjustment for a new favorite style!

We are partnered with Mandy, an amazing alterations specialist who can help with your tailoring needs for a fee. She is at Style Reissue on Thursdays at 4 to 5 pm for alteration consultations. Bring with you the garment in question and Mandy will work her magic.  

This is a great way to prolong the life of pieces you already own, and can even give you a better eye for things that truly will or won't work for yourself.

Styling

Kam is our in-house stylist with over 10 years of expertise as a personal shopper for many clients from fashion-conscious individuals to social figures to corporate events. Find her in store on Wednesdays and Sundays and you are sure to walk out with style tips for your pre-loved finds and even your own can-be-loved-mores at home! 

Styling advice can be for more than preparing for an event, it's almost like lifestyle coaching - it can teach you to shop smarter, stay organized and most of all be in tune with yourself.

Our Personal Stylist also offers Closet Consultations to help you decide what to keep, alter, consign, or donate. As well as talk you through what styles and color pallet work for you or not.

With our 5 diamond service, our Personal Stylist will:

  • Create new looks with items you already have.
  • Rediscover your favorites with alterations.
  • Find the perfect pieces to complete your closet

Fees are $100 / hr and/or up to 3 hrs / $300.

In - Store Pickups

To save shipping costs when shopping online, you have the option to pick-up at our retail store in the beautiful Kerrisdale area.

Once you place the order, we will prepare the item(s) to be ready for pick-up within 24 hours. Please wait for the pick-up confirmation e-mail that is sent after the order confirmation for a smooth pick-up.
